Homeless Man Has Been Found by Family Due to a Feeding Program in Laguna

A family in Laguna finally found one of their member who became a homeless man for a long time due to a feeding program held in the city.

The story of a beggar in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, has gone viral on social media after he was discovered by his relatives during a feeding program run by the Members Church of God (MCGI) in the province.

MCGI shared a picture of the beggar man to whom they gave food. The photo helped the man’s family find out where their missing relative was. The family told MCGI right away that they wanted to see the guy.

Members of the MCGI quickly teamed up to track down the beggar. The exchange of messages between the man’s family and the generous community who conducted the feeding program can be seen in a photo posted to UNTV Radyo La Verdad’s Facebook page.

The man’s family traveled from Mandaluyong to Sta. Rosa to retrieve him. The family was initially concerned that the quarantine would prevent them from entering the area. The kin, however, was able to recover the man thanks to God’s grace.

The reunion of the man and his family touched many people. Many netizens thanked God for the many blessings that came as a result of the MCGI feeding program.

Netizens still want the beggar’s situation to be drastically changed so that he can regain his former vigor and well-being. Netizens also thanked MCGI for their unwavering assistance to those in need, especially during the pandemic.
