John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo had a connection in the past?
A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz, reportedly, tried to court Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo but did not push through because of this.
In the recent Showbiz Update vlog of comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz with Mama Loi, they talked about the recent controversial tell-all interview of Bea Alonzo about her past relationship with Gerald Anderson.
As it was mentioned that Bea is looking forward to settling down a few years from now but haven’t found the right man yet, Ogie said that it is like the past situation of Sarah Geronimo.
The comedian said that during the time when Sarah was single, she wanted to have a boyfriend and Gerald Anderson courted her. She thought that he was already the one but Mommy Divine Geronimo went against them.
This was the same also when Rayver Cruz pursued Sarah Geronimo because her mother was not in favor of that.
“Nag-attempt din si John Lloyd. ‘Yun ang sabi sabi nag-attempt din si John Lloyd pero hindi nakaya si Mommy Divine,” Ogie Diaz shared.
The comedian added that when Sarah “bumagsak at sinalo ni Matteo Guidicelli”, she found someone who fought for her despite the strictness of Mommy Divine.
For Ogie, that was the time when Sarah realized that Matteo was the one for her. He added that somehow that the strictness of Mommy Divine became a way that the Popstar Royalty found the right man.
