PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Friday (April 9)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the entire Philippines would experience a fair and warm weather condition.
On Friday (April 9, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. The northeasterly surface windflow would continue to affect the country’s weather condition.
The northeasterly surface windflow would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Abra, Benguet, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.
The localized thunderstorms would also bring similar weather condition over Aurora, entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro.
The remaining parts of Luzon would have a warm weather in the afternoon while Visayas and Mindanao would have fair weather around noontime or in the afternoon. However, chances of rain is expected due to the localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province would be moderate to rough. Slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions are expected over the entire Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands.
