SK Kagawad Nabbed in Buy-Bust Over Illegal Drug Plants in Nueva Ecija
A Sanguniang Kabataan (SK) kagawad in Nueva Ecija arrested in a buy-bust operation after caught possessing illegal drug plant called “Maryjane.”
In the drug-bust conducted by Nampicuan Municipal Police Station SDEU led by P/Lt. Randy Panaga, officer-in-charge, in Nampicuan town, Nueva Ecija province, a youth working as government officials was arrested due to illegal drug plants.

According to P/Col. Jaime Santos, Nueva Ecija provincial police director, said the suspect was identified as Gian Carlo Suela, 24, SK Kagawad of Brgy. Cabaducan West. The police pretended as poseur buyer sold a package containing dried leaves of suspected marijuana.
After receiving the money, the youth official was immediately arrested and then taken to the police station. Operatives confiscated from the suspect 10 packages of suspected marijuana weighing up to 10 grams, worth P5,000, a cellphone, and P500 marked money used in the operation.
Meanwhile, the colleagues, and chief of the Nampicuan Council are disappointed, because instead of being a model to avoid illegal drugs, they are even the ones initiating the misery for the youth people in their barangay.
Meanwhile, police arrested a Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) chairman during a buy-bust operation in Isabela for allegedly pusher illegal drug plant called “Maryjane.” A chairman of the youth government officials in Cabatuan, Isabela was arrested after caught the suspect selling a sachet containing illegal drugs.
