SARAH LAHBATI – Famous actress and performer Sarah Lahbati has these tips for women who have a mother-in-law like Annabelle Rama.
Years of being together, over a year married, and with two kids – it seems like Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez have nothing to ask for more in their life as a married couple. However, apart from her family, she also has to deal with and build a relationship with the family of her husband. As much as we all know, her mother-in-law Annabelle Rama, is someone known by the public as fierce and prank from the show business industry.

In dealing with her mother-in-law, she shared a tip to women out there who are also in similar situations like her. And her tip is “to not judge a book by its cover”. She shared that Tita Annabelle may be known for her very strong personality but as she got to know her more, she is accordingly someone who is very thoughtful. What she also did to get closer to her is getting on with her personality and trying to equate her energy.
However, for her, it pays to just stay silent and be patient for that way, you get to observe a person. She shared, “But for me, being patient and quiet and listening pays off kasi nga, you get to know the person more.”
She even added that aside from being thoughtful, Tita Annabelle is also kind and sweet. There will be times she would send foods or other things they needed for their house and it is something she appreciates. She added, “Akala ko din nakakatakot siya—masungit, maingay. Yes, sometime she’s still maingay, pero more than anything napaka-thoughtful niya, napakabait.”
