Huge Monitor Lizard Causes Fear Among Customers of 7-Eleven Store

A huge monitor lizard has been spotted inside of a 7-Eleven store causing fear among the store employees and its customers.

A Twitter user named Andrew MacGregor Marshall has shared the video footage of giant reptile climbing at the shelves of a popular convenience store. The video is now circulating online and elicits comments from the online community.

The giant lizard freaked the customers inside the shop as it climbed atop of a set of shelves with small boxes. Monitor lizards can grow up to 200 pounds and it looks like “Godzilla” on his way to the movies.

The customers yelled and screamed as the reptile proceeded to the fluorescent ceiling lamp.

Some people were already used to similar incidents considering that April and May are the hottest months of the year. The reptile reportedly just wanted to get some cool air amid the hot temperature outside.

According to the reports, the lizard has been captured by the authorities and was released back into the wild.
