In the video, it can be seen that the male netizen is lambasting the driver for towing a vehicle that reportedly committed a traffic violation. The driver of the tow truck does not have even a driver’s license.
The tow truck contains no plate number and the TMO allegedly tolerate such act. The incident reportedly happened in Taguig City.
