Part of these protocols are the wearing of face mask when going outdoors and the practice of social distancing. Most public establishments also require face shields upon entry.
Currently, community quarantine measures are still present in the country. The whole National Capital Region (NCR) and four (4) provinces such as Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, and Bulacan are under the NCR Plus bubble which has additional restrictions.
The COVID-19 vaccination program has already started, Philippines received donated vaccines from other countries. The health workers who are considered as the frontliners in the fight against the spread of the disease are the top priority.
