Video of Taxi Driver Airing Dismay Over Illegal Towing of His Vehicle Elicits Comments Online
A taxi driver has expressed his disappointment towards the personnel a towing company for alleged towing his vehicle illegally.
A Facebook user named Julius De Olazo has shared the video footage of a heartless personnel of a towing company who apprehended him to tow his vehicle. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that Olazo is complaining after a towing personnel wrecking his taxi illegally in Pasay City. The towing personnel apprehended him after he slowed down due to overheating although he did not commit any traffic violation.
The taxi driver apologized and asked the towing employee for consideration but the latter towed his vehicle. The road personnel would also bring the taxi to Marikina although Pasay City has an impounding center.
The heartless personnel even refused to present his identification card and mission order to impound vehicles. He is also asking P5, 000 settlement fee instead of helping the helpless driver.
