Maja Salvador was asked about the negative comments she received
Actress-dancer Maja Salvador reacted to the bashing she received when she accepted the Sunday Noontime Live project on TV5.
For almost two decades, Maja has been doing project in ABS-CBN. However, late last year, she did a musical variety show in the Kapatid network as her tatay-tatayan Johnny Manahan or Mr. M invited her to join him.
Because of this, allegations against the actress surfaced. There was a write-up that stated that the first thing that attracted her in accepting the SNL stint was the talent fee. She was also being accused of influencing another Kapamilya artist to transfer to TV5.
It was also automatic that the accusation of “walang utang na loob” was being thrown at her. In a recent interview with PEP, Maja Salvador clarified these issues against her. She broke her silence and shared her side regarding her contract, the conversations she had with ABS-CBN bosses, and projects that were offered to her.
In a separate article, Maja was asked about the negative comments that are being thrown at her because she accepted a project on TV5.
The actress-dancer said that there was no negative comment that affected her. “Kasi dedma naman ako, e. Hindi kasi ako mapagpatol,” she said.
She added that she is Dedma Girl because she believes that no matter what other people may say, at the end of the day, she said, “ang nakakaalam ng totoo ay yung nasa ‘Taas. Siya yung nakakanood ng lahat. Siya yung nakakaalam, di ba?”
Maja Salvador also said that she does not like drama. That is why she just let the negative remarks against her to pass by.
