HEART EVANGELISTA – Fashion icon and actress Heart Evangelista speaks about the colorful iconic style of Jolina Magdangal before.
A real kikay and a fashion-inspiration before is the young Jolina Magdangal who is loved for her baby face and style. She always has this outstanding outfits which come in colorful bangles and accessories and her long hair tied or designed using colorful clips and bands. She is simply an icon of our country’s pop culture.
Although her style might look odd to some, yet for a time, many people also got inspired and copied her style. Her quirky and bubbly persona matched her flamboyant and psychedelic style which eventually became her trademark. And Heart Evangelista, a fashion icon of today known for her classic taste, loved Magdangal’s style before and she’s among those who got inspired by it.
In her recent vlog where she featured her favorite items, she came across her collection of dangling, sparkling, and classic accessories which she purchased from various designer brands. She admired her for her unique style and how she pulled it off. Upon mentioning her fellow actress and “dear friend”, she remembered what she looked like when she met her. The young Magdangal accordingly had all these clips and mix patterns in her style that she doesn’t mind. To her eyes, she was unique.
She shared, “A little trivia: I was definitely a fan of my dear friend Jolina Magdangal. I thought she was very unique and remind me of people that really celebrated their individuality and I could definitely relate to that because I was like that. More is more, and it was my way of expressing myself.”
And giving us a glimpse of her jewelry collection are pieces from Chanel, Hermes, Dior, Dolce and Gabbana, Schiaparelli, Gas Bijoux, Bulgari, Erdem, and Paco Rabanne. She also shared that her Cartier collection and Bulgari collection are in a sacred place which she won’t be able to show to her viewers.
