PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Wednesday (March 10)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the LPA’s trough would bring cloudy conditions and rains over some parts of the country.
On Wednesday (March 10, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. The trough of the low-pressure area would continue to affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA reported that the low-pressure area has been last spotted at 895 kilometers east southeast of Davao City.it is expected to bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Mindanao and Eastern Visayas.
The LPA is expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Samar.
The northeast monsoon or locally known as Amihan would bring cloudy conditions with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Metro Manila and the remaining parts of Luzon. The localized thunderstorms would also bring the same weather condition over the rest of Visayas.
The weather agency also advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides during moderate with at times heavy rains.
Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the northern and eastern sections of the country will be moderate to rough. The surrounding sea conditions over the rest of the country would be slight to moderate.
