CARLO AQUINO – Famous drama actor Carlo Aquino shares some details about his love story with partner Trina Candaza.
Her eyes. This is what Carlo Aquino has first noticed to the woman he met in a car show event who is now the mother of his child, Trina Candaza. He shared during an interview with Erich Gonzales that after seeing her, it seems he can’t see anybody else in that room anymore.
“Siya lang ‘yung napansin ko talaga. Tapos nagpa-picture ako sa kanya,” he said. Finding his way to her, it so happens that he knew her sister and through that and social media, he was able to find her. He got her number, took her out in Greenhills, and that is where it all started.
However, at that time, he was being linked to Angelica Panganiban, his former love team and former girlfriend. They have a reunion film that ignited speculations about their rekindled romance. Recalling back at that time when he was dating Candaza, it came to a point that he stopped pursuing her due to the issues that have transpired.
“Tumigil, tapos nagkagulo, kung anu-ano nang nangyari… Ayaw ko nang maging detalyado doon. Tapos ‘yun, nagkita ulit kami. Nag-pursue ako, kasi hindi ko siya makalimutan. After 9, 10 months naging kami,” he shared.
And last September 2020, they welcomed their first child Enola Mithi. Fatherhood has accordingly changed him for the better in many ways. He might have big goals ahead in his head but those are now all for his family and daughter. What he dreams for his family is just happiness and as of now, they are happy.
