This is why Solenn Heussaff and her husband expose Thylane to various languages.

SOLENN HEUSSAFF – Painter and Kapuso actress Solenn Heussafe reveals reasons why Thylane is being exposed to different languages.

A study has actually shown that babies exposed to various languages are better and helps improve their cognitive abilities, especially problem-solving. And this is exactly why Thylane Katana is being exposed to various languages at a very young age. Baby Thylane is the daughter of actress and painter Solenn Heussaff and businessman Nico Bolzico. Solenn and Nico speak different languages, French and Spanish, and it is what they use when they actually talk with their little girl.

The same thing also goes when she watches cartoons. Thylane only watches cartoons that are in Spanish or French. They believe that she can just easily learn Tagalog and English because people in her environment speak such. Thus, Thylane is exposed to Spanish, French, English, and Tagalog.

“So I’m not sure if she will identify all languages OR think all 4 are 1 haha. Anyways, read in many books, the more languages you expose a baby to, the better,” she said.

In one of many posts of Nico, he even humored about what his daughter has learned after a year of speaking to her in four languages. In the video, it can only be heard Thylane just quipping “Wow” which actually captured many hearts.

Their little girl just turned 1 year old a couple of months ago. Aside from the study, people also noted her multiracial family which makes it essential for her to at least understand some from both languages of her parents.
