Embracing her senior years, Willie Revillame shared thoughts on this
Wowowin host Willie Revillame talked about being a senior citizen now after he celebrated his 60th birthday on January 27.
Kuya Wil has been in the entertainment industry for several decades now. He is one of those celebrities who had humble beginnings but was able to rise through hard work.
Previously, he even recalled the times when he was just a sidekick of singer-host Randy Santiago back then. With his years in showbiz, Kuya Wil also witnessed changes. In his self, he even noticed more the changes that were brought by time.
“Dumami yung gamot, di ba?” Willie Revillame answered when asked how he feels that he is now 60 years old, based on the article in PEP.
“Ganun, e. Saka iba na yung nararamdaman mo talaga pag ano nagkakaedad ka. Yung balakang mo, di ba? Saka ihi ka na nang ihi. Ganun talaga kapag may edad ka na pala, ganun,” the game show host added.
Then, he quipped after a teasing laugh, “Saka ayaw na…” However, Kuya Will quickly followed this by saying, “Hindi… parang ayaw mo na ng magulo, gusto ko tahimik lang, tahimik lang. Gusto ko tahimik lang, ganun, nag-iisip. Hindi mukha nung dati.”
The veteran host also said that the changes were even highlighted during the pandemic. He said that he really became a home buddy.
On a serious not, when asked about his inspiration to continue helping other people, he said that as long as he is capable of helping he will do it. Willie Revillame also attributed his generosity to the hardships he went through when he was younger.
