Michael V wife Carol Bunagan gave her reaction to the death hoax about the Kapuso comedian that circulated on social media.
In this modern time, speculations, intentionally or unintentionally, just like death hoax, can easily be spread online. Several celebrities have been victims of this over the years.
Some popular personalities just ignored the issue while some have directly addressed it or their loved ones and people close to them. Just recently, Michael V became a victim of the death hoax.
Based on the article in the Philippine Entertainment Portal, there is a meme that circulated on social media showing that a report appeared to have been released by GMA Network News.
It included a photo with the text “R. I. P. Michael V. Bitoy” The caption of the post stated that allegedly, the comedian died due to liver disease. Seeing this kind of post, Michael V wife Carol reacted.
“Ano kaya napapala ng mga gumagawa ng ganitong fake news? Kaawaan sana kayo ng Diyos,” the wife of the comedian said.
Meanwhile, Bitoy, who has been sharing laughter with his audience through his show Bubble Gang and Pepito Manaloto, is one of the most searched personalities on Google.
His comedian side became an inspiration to younger showbiz personalities, such as Sef Cadayona who said that Bitoy is one of his inspirations in his showbiz career.
Aside from his regular TV shows, Michael V has also become active on YouTube. Through his vlogs, he is sharing a different side of him. His vlog contents showcase his love for traveling, video games, action figures, sneakers, and many more.
