ABS-CBN Network: Harry Roque Presents Alleged Unsettled Dues

Are these unpaid dues of the ABS-CBN network? Harry Roque presents data.

ABS-CBN NETWORK – Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque presented data that showed the alleged unsettled due of the ABS-CBN network.

In a previous article, Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte quipped that even a granted franchise from the Congress, he will still not allow the National Telecommunications Commission to allow the ABS-CBN network to run. This is because of their “unsettled payments”. The president is the head of the executive branch where NTC falls under which gives him the power to veto this franchise.

In a statement, the president expressed that giving the Lopezes the franchise is like “giving them a prize for committing criminal acts”. And just recently, Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque dropped data that apparently showed the alleged unsettled and unpaid dues of the network.
