Drug Personality Slain By Motorcycle Riding Gunmen In Silay City
SILAY CITY – A suspected drug personality was recently shot dead by unknown assailants in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
The victim, who was recently released from the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City, was having a snack in front of his girlfriend’s house in Barangay Mambulac at around 5:40 PM, according to a report from Inquirer.
The victim, identified as Ronald Suating, was approached by two persons aboard a motorcycle, who then proceeded to shoot him, according to Silay police chief Maj. Rollie Pondevilla.
The drug personality suffered gunshot wounds on the head and some other parts of his body. He was previously imprisoned at the national penitentiary for illegal drug charges, based on the report.
In a separate news, the police in Manila recently uncovered the motive of killing the two young men after being tortured by their alleged gang enemies in Tondo.

The identities of the two victims, both aged 15 years, were Chormel Buenaflor and Carl Justine Banogon.
The motive of the crime is said to be the gang fight. A gang tatoo was also found on one of the victims.
“Meron silang mga grupo tulad nitong si Chormel Buenaflor, isa pala siyang miyembro ng Batang City Jail. So tinitignan natin kung meron siyang record ng misdemeanor sa mga adjacent police stations,”
