These iconic hair flip moments were recalled due to Pinky Webb’s trending flipping of the hair
CNN Philippines broadcast journalist Pinky Webb did a hair flip that went viral on social media and because of this, the iconic flipping of the hair moments were recalled.
Pinky did this gesture during an interview with Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque. The latter was insisting that the broadcast journalist was being unfair and so the hair-flipping happened.
Because of this, the name of the broadcaster journalist topped the Twitter trend a few days ago. Many netizens praised her composure amid pressure. There were also netizens who made a gif out of that viral video.
Following this, The Philippine Star recalled the iconic moments when women did a hair flip, just like what Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray during the preliminary competitions of the most prestigious beauty pageant in the world.
While showcasing her lava walk, Catriona also did the slow-motion twist that made her hair flipped in an elegant way.
Deputy Executive Director of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Mocha Uson also did a hair flip during her active days in showbiz. It was in a scene in the movie Four Sisters and a Wedding when Angel Locsin dragged her but it was noticeable that her hair was still “unbothered”.
Then, Mocha still managed to wave her hair briefly before running away from the confrontation.
Vice President Leni Robredo also had this iconic hair flip as her answer against criticisms. She said back in April 2020 that she has not time to entertain negative issues against her.
