PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day January 13, 2021 (Wednesday).

The 4 AM daily forecast from the state weather bureau, says that the Low Pressure Area was last spotted at about 210 kilometers south of Zamboanga City as of 3 AM.

The forecast added that the Tail-end of Frontal System continues to affect Visayas while the Northeast Monsoon or amihan is affecting Luzon.

For the forecast weather conditions, the Tail-end of Frontal System and LPA will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Bangsamoro, Sorsogon, and Masbate.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to heavy rains.

Amihan, on the other hand, will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, and rest of Bicol Region.

It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Lastly, Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Based on the report, for the Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Condition, Luzon and Visayas will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast direction, while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

Mindanao will face, light to moderate winds that are moving in the southeast to northeast direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
