Confiscated Fake Beauty Products Destroyed by Manila Government After Checked by Mayor Isko Moreno
Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has destroyed the fake beauty products during he flag-raising ceremony at the Liwasang Bonifacio.
Nowadays, a lot of counterfeit products have been circulating in various markets and stores in the Philippines. Fake or unregistered products may contain harmful substances that can cause harm to the body.
The health experts and the authorities are currently implementing stricter measures to prevent the circulation of fake products. The consumers were also advised to be meticulous and aware of counterfeit products.
On Monday (January 11, 2020), Mayor Isko Moreno has destroyed the counterfeit beauty products confiscated by the police authorities. The fake beauty products have been found being sold in Binondo.
Numerous boxes containing fake products have been recovered by the police authorities for allegedly containing hazardous chemical contents, which might cause potential harmful effects to the body’s health.

Manila Mayor has checked the counterfeit products before giving the approval for the disposal and destruction of the items.
