Lolit Solis has this statement about Kris Aquino
Entertainment columnist Lolit Solis said that Queen of all Media Kris Aquino is the only celebrity who “pwedeng magyabang” and this received a reaction from her showbiz talk show co-host Cristy Fermin.
In a recent episode of Manay Lolit and Manay Cristy’s digital talk show with Mr. Fu, they talked about Kris. Based on the article from Bandera, Manay Lolit mentioned that every time she encounters “mayayabang na artista”, she would ask what her or his last name is.
“Kapag may mga artista akong nae-encounter na sobra ang self-confidence saka yabang, isa lang ang lagi kong sinasabi, isa lang ang puwedeng magyabang na artista, si Kris Aquino (dahil) tatay niya si Ninoy, nanay niya si Cory, kapatid niya si P-Noy,” she said.
She added that Kris has the right to slam other boastful artists. Manay Lolit also said, that despite that status, the actress-host is still reachable for the “masa”.
Then, Lolit Solis joked that even though Kris Aquino has seen talking to ordinary people, but she does not know who Mr. Fu is. To recall, Lolit, Cristy, and Kris were supposed to do a talk show together. The veteran showbiz reporters wanted Mr. Fu to be part of the project and it was already talked about but Kris refused to work with the latter.
Regarding the statement of Manay Lolit, Cristy has this reaction: “Hindi ko naman kokontrahin ang sinabi mo, may punto rin naman akong gustong idiin. Nagkataon lang na ‘yung panahon na iyon na naging presidente ang nanay at anak siya ng talagan niluhaan ng buong bayan.”
Then, Manay Lolit pointed out that if there is a celebrity who can be boastful above all, it is Kris Aquino. “E mayabang naman talaga siya!” Manay Cristy answered. However, the latter expressed that she intends to end whatever conlift she had with Kris.
