Fire In Tondo, Manila Leaves 2 Dead, 6 Families Homeless

FIRE IN TONDO – A fire which occurred in Tondo, Manila on Thursday morning has left two people dead and six families homeless.

According to a report from GMA News, the fire broke out in Barangay 47 in the said district in Manila.

This has left with 2 elderly dead. They were identified as Flor Hernandez and Gongocia Ramos. The two fatalities were trapped in their burning house.

The fire razed also razed three houses and left six families homeless. Initial probe shows that the fire started at the altar of a residential house there.

Based on the report, fire officials are conducting further regarding this incident.

Last month, a fire broke out in Camia Street, Barangay Zapote Uno, Bacoor City, Cavite.

The fire caused damages worth at about P80,000. It also left about 40 families homeless.
