Raffy Tulfo Slams IAS of PNP for Dismissing Nuezca 2 Previous Homicide Cases
Veteran broadcast journalist Raffy Tulfo slams the Internal Affairs Service (IAS) of Philippine National Police for dismissing the two previous homicide cases of Jonel Nuezca.
After millions of netizens call out the presence of the journalist Raffy Tulfo over the shooting incident in Paniqui, Tarlac, Tulfo immediately took action against the cold-blooded Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca who took two innocent lives.
In our previous article, the controversial police is no stranger to administrative cases. He already faces charges in the past. Among them is two homicide cases, which first killing happens on May 9, 2019, and the second is December 29, the same year.
However, his cases were all dismissed for lack of substantial evidence from the victims’ company. Apart from that, two previous cases against him were also dropped and closed.

Meanwhile, Raffy Tulfo received the rap sheet of Nuezca and got shocked when he learned that his cases were all dismissed. Tulfo pointed Internal Affairs Service of the Philippine National Police for these lapses.
Tulfo slammed IAS for dismissing the cases of Nuezca without removing him from the service. He said that he will find a way to transfer these kinds of cases to other government bodies.
He revealed that he never went back to IAS to ask for legal action as he was advised that there are some “hocus-pocus” or anomalies going inside. He slammed the IAS investigation procedures for not being fair with justice.
Tulfo also reached out to IAS to let them explain the dismissed case of Nuezca. However, IAS seems don’t want to talk with Tulfo, saying they are still in a meeting, which Tuflo considers as an alibi.
