LOISA ANDALIO – Actress and PBB alum Loisa Andalio shares the second part of her house tour vlog and here’s her explanation about the issue.
What came out as a bit controversial last month is the revelation of actress Loisa Andalio during the first part of her house tour about having no architect for her family home. She uploaded the video on the YouTube channel she shares with boyfriend and fellow actor Ronnie Alonte.
It has garnered various comments and reactions when she said that the house is purely based on their own design. It is in that house that she puts all her hard work in the industry. Now, in the second part of her vlog, she explained the issue.
Before the start of her video tour, it was stated there that what they actually opt to skip is to hire an interior designer. The reason for this is because the house that they bought has just the same structure as the other houses of the subdivision.
Also, in terms of the extension that they did, they hired an engineer and architect and they also had a building permit for it. They both the property with the house design already.
In the second part of the tour, it’s a different house but it is just a few steps away from her family home. She just moved out and some of the things inside her house were not yet fully furnished like the lack of curtains. It was all in all just a simple house but people admired her for showing what’s real.
