Actress Coleen Garcia drink a fruit smoothie made in her own placenta after giving birth to her first child to help her recover.

In the latest vlog of Coleen Garcia with her husband and the father of her child, Billy Crawford, on their YouTube channel about her water birth experience at home. She showing snippets of raw, weak, and personal moments during her labor.

Coleen then talked about all the things she did to stay calm throughout her labor. She shared she was just quiet and decided to suck on the pain to calm her body.

According to Coleen, it was not easy for her to give birth to Amari because they did not use pain killers. Coleen allegedly had vertigo due to the fatigue caused by her childbirth.

“I was so happy pero I was so tired, ramdam ko lahat. I didn’t have any pain relievers, nothing. They made me lay down na to deliver the placenta but it was taking so long and it’s painful already,” she said.

“It was kind of uncomfortable and they just kind of pressed my stomach pero my body was telling me I had to be upright but I was laid down. I was scared kasi I have vertigo na, e, kasi I undertand din naman na pagtatayo ako, they don’t know baka matumba pa ko,” she added.

Coleen Garcia Placenta Smoothie

Coleen’s sitting in the birthing chair helped to get her placenta out quickly. The placenta that Coleen released was made into a smoothie that helped her body recover quickly after giving birth.

The other part of it also encapsulates the ability to play in his drinking once a day. Some parts of the placenta were carved into fancy jewelry as memorabilia at the birth of their child.
