New “hiwalayan” rumors about Gretchen Barretto and Tonyboy Cojuangco
Speculations surfaced again against the relationship of former actress Gretchen Barretto and business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco.
La Greta and Tonyboy have been together for more than two decades now and they are blessed with a daughter named Dominique. Behind the number of years that they spent together, rumors surface once in a while against their relationship.
Late last year, there were rumors saying that they already separated. A netizen asked Greta directly about this and she directly gave her answer on the “hiwalay na” rumors.
Before 2020 ends, the same “hiwalayan” rumors surfaced. Entertainment columnist Salve Asis tackled this issue in her article in Pilipino Star Ngayon. “Gretchen at Tonyboy, hiwalay na nga ba?” the title of the article of Asis stated.
However, the columnist said that friends of Gretchen Barretto do not believe the rumors. “Malabo raw mangyari ‘yun dahil super love raw nito ang partner nang kung ilang dekada na,” Asis said. It appeared that she was able to talk with friends of the former actress. On the other hand, Asis did not elaborate on how these rumors resurfaced.
It is known to many that Gretchen is being linked to businessman Atong Ang. The issue between the two created a loud buzz last year along with the long-standing feud within the family of Barretto.
However, amid the issue, Gretchen Barretto and Atong Ang stressed that they are friends as well as their families. Despite the allegations, the three were spotted together during the wake of the late Danding Cojuangco.
