It is rumored that these 2 leading ladies of Peter Parker will join Spider-Man 3
Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Spider-Man 3 featuring Tom Holland is expected to include Emma Stone and Kirsten Dunst.
Kirsten played the character of Mary Jane Watson in the hero movie series featuring Tobey Maguire while Emma was the Gwen Stacy in Andrew Garfield’s film.
Based on the article from The Direct, it is rumored that these two leading ladies will join the upcoming Spider-Man 3. Aside from this, there were speculations saying that Tobey and Andrew will also join the cast as the “multiverse” is somewhat involved.
If this will turn out to be true, the return of Kirsten’s MJ character would open possibility of knowing what happened to her after the Spider-Man trilogy of Sam Raimi.
Meanwhile, for the character of Emma, Gwen, there will be a conflict on how it will be explained since she died in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. However, it was said that her return will still depend on her pregnancy. With this, it is indefinite yet if she will be part of the said upcoming movie.
Previously, it was also reported that Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange will be part of Spider-Man 3. It was said that his character is very vital in developing the story in the third part of Tom Holland’s film.
In another previous report, it was also stated that Marvel was looking for a Filipino actress who will be part of the said movie in reference to the character of Jacob Batalon, who played as the best friend of Peter Parker.
Earlier reports stated that Jamie Foxx’s Electro and Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus will return.
