Kim Chiu is being tagged as the new Star Magic queen
Chinita Princess Kim Chiu reacted to the “new Star Magic queen” that is being associated with her now.
Kim has been part of the Kapamilya network, under the management of Star Magic, since she started her career in showbiz through the reality show Pinoy Big Brother.
After she was hailed as the big winner, various showbiz projects came to her way and this became a fuel in her success. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, aside from the fact that ABS-CBN’s franchise was denied, Kim is still visible on various media platforms.
She still has regular shows such as It’s Showtime and ASAP Natin ‘To, and the new season of PBB Connect. Aside from this, she was able to make a movie titled U-Turn.
Kim Chiu will also star in the Bawal Lumabas: The Series that is set to be shown on iWant TFC. Because of these, she is now being tagged as the new queen of Star Magic.
However, the Chinita Princess does not welcome this tag, based on the article from Bandera. “Una, hindi ako reyna. Marami pang mas matagal pa sa mundo ng Star Magic,” she said.
Kim also explained that since her contract with ABS-CBN and its talent management company already expired, she signed a new contract at the same time when other artists who are younger than her also had the contract signing.
For newbies in showbiz, Kim Chiu shared this advice:
“Don’t forget where you came from no matter how high you are. Dapat isipin mo pa rin kung sino ang nandiyan na tumulong sa ‘yo. Nasaan ka man ngayon, don’t forget to give thanks. Humility. Look back. Huwag kang makakalimot kahit sobrang taas ka na. I know it is you, but there are people behind you who helped you (get to) where you are right now.”
