Pia Wurtzbach was recognized by a Dubai-based magazine
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach received the Woman of the Year award from a Dubai-based magazine.
Xpedition Magazine recognizes the Pinay beauty queen as one of its award recipients this year. Pia, even after her reign as the third Pinay Miss Universe, has continued to do her part in the community.
Although, she has been known for the glamorous part of her career, Pia never fails to show her heart beyond her confidently beautiful personality. Just recently, she is ecstatic to share this new feather in her cap.
She was recognized as the Woman of the Year by Xpedition Magazine. Based on her recent Instagram post, there were 15 awards that were given during the awards night and she is happy that she got one. The Pinay beauty queen also showed appreciation for the invitation to be in that said event.
“I’m so grateful to receive one of them. Thank you for recognizing my efforts,” Pia Wurtzbach said.
Netizens congratulated the beauty queen and said that she really deserves the recognition. Some of her fans were simply happy to know this new achievement that she was while there were those who wished that she will continue doing well.
Meanwhile, amid the pandemic, just like other celebrities, Pia Wurtzbach said that she has learned to embrace a simpler life. Prior to the health crisis, her engagements in show business and as a beauty queen were on the glitz and glamour scale.
However, during the quarantine, she realized the value of simpler things in life that makes her happy.
