KIM CHIU – Famous Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu has this message for ABS-CBN network after signing new contract with them.
What’s still standing strong despite the shut down is the ABS-CBN network. They officially went off air and stopped operating for free TV when 70 lawmakers junk their bid for a fresh franchise. However, despite unfortunate fate, they still continue to serve the Filipino people through their digital platforms.
Many workers lost their job and many of their stars transferred to another network. Such loss didn’t stop them and chose to work together to whatever’s left and whoever decided to stay with them. Amid the network’s adversities, one of their talents, actress Kim Chiu, expressed loyalty ever since.
In a previous article, she said that staying with the network is her way to show her love and gratitude for them. She said, “Yung bahay na inuuwian ko, yung kotse na meron ako, yung buhay na meron ako, parang hindi ko naman matatalikuran kung sino ang nagbigay noon. So, yun… [Siguro] Pag paalisin na nila ako, sige.”
And now, despite the close down, she’s still able to renew her contract. Emotional in her post, she stated, “SALAMAT ABSCBN!✨ Sasamahan ko kayo sa hirap man o sa ginhawa isang pamilya tayo!⭐️ Walang iwanan!💪🏻”
She also shared a clip of her signing along with the post. Many people flooded her with congratulatory messages. She has nothing but deep gratitude to the network who continued to keep her. Kim, aside from being one of the regular hosts of “Its Showtime” now is also one of the hosts of Pinoy Big Brother Connect.
