IG Model And Her Baby Tied Up As Gang Invades Home
IG MODEL AND HER BABY TIED UP – A traumatizing incident occurred as a young Instagram Model and her baby were held at knife-point.
So Mei-Yan, a 25-year-old Instagram influencer and her baby were both tied up as the gang raided her apartment. Following this, reports say around $400,000 worth of items were stolen.
The influencer who had 80,000 followers on the social media platform was attacked inside her home in Hong Kong at around 11 a.m.. Three men raided her home, wielding weapons, and threatened their lives.
After the raid, several expensive handbags were stolen along with seven incredibly pricey watches. As per the report, local authorities say the incident might be linked to Mei-Yan’s social media post showing her home brimming with expensive goods.
She described the invaders as being Chinese descent around 40-50 years-old. Moreover, they wore black face masks, hats, and appeared to have access to a keycard from a separate apartment in the luxury complex in order to enter the building.
Meanwhile, a policeman who investigated the incident reported that a maid open the door for the complex when it rang. Afterward, three men rushed into the unit. Then, they tied up the Instagram influencer along with her maid. They also threatened her six-month-old baby son as well.
Mei-Yan stated that: “One of them returned and pulled my hair asking where I put my money“. However, when she explained that she didn’t have any cash in her apartment, one of the men punched her.
“I already gave them everything they wanted but they still beat me, my helper, and my son. The three men are so useless that they can only rob women and kids.”, she added.
AFTERMATH
The model was filled with fear and frustration because according to her, she told the guards several times not to let anyone in without her permission. However, the three men still managed to get upstairs.
Following the suspects’ escape, the IG model managed to free herself and call the police. Currently, authorities are investigating the incident and reviewing CCTV footage.
