Trump Attacks FBI, DOJ For Not Helping Him With His Election Fraud Claims
TRUMP ATTACKS FBI, DOJ – Current U.S. President, Donald Trump, blasted the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice for not giving his election fraud claims “full attention”.
Trump cried foul and claimed election fraud ever since the results came in projecting former Vice President, Joe Biden to be the winner of the presidential race. As such, Trump began a campaign to prove the illegitimacy of Biden’s win through electoral votes.
However, almost all of Trump’s lawsuits and claims of election fraud had already been rejected by the Supreme Court. Because of this, Trump, during an interview said:
You would think that if you were in the FBI or the DoJ, this is the biggest thing you could be looking at. Where are they?
According to an article from Unilad, Trump told Fox News presenter, Maria Bartiromo, that he’d repeatedly asked both the FBI and DOJ to support his campaign. But, Trump emphasized that the two agencies were “missing in action”.
Back in September, Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows, questioned FBI Chief, Christopher Wray’s ability to detect voter fraud. As per the article, he said:
With all due respect to Director Wray, he has a hard time finding emails in his own FBI, let alone figuring out whether there’s any kind of voter fraud.
Unfortunately, Trump’s campaign to overturn the results of the election had revealed no tangible evidence of voter fraud. Because of this, the court dismissed Trump’s lawsuits as his lawyer failed to present any evidence of his claims.
