Ellen Adarna Walks for 26 Hours Not Sleeping to Finish Mental Training

ELLEN ADARNA- Kapamilya actress Ellen Adarna completed her mental training in Bali, Indonesia by walking for 26 hours with no sleep.

The actress recently shared her experience completing her mental training on November 27, 2020, under The KoKoro Program where she’s awake and walking for several hours. On her social media page, netizens asked her question regarding the said journey.

A netizen asked if she was able to manage to walk for 26 hours without sleeping. Ellen replied saying, “Yes I did not sleep but I ate and I took breaks. Maybe every 30 minutes I would take 5 to 10-minute breaks. It depends on my condition, but no sleep.”

Based on the article of PUSH, Ellen’s exercise was meant to strengthen her will and courage. “I need that in my life. You have to exercise that muscle and also I kept my word to finish what I started,” she remarked.

According to her, she learned to talk and deal with herself for 26 hours. She added that was the longest time to her talking to herself.

“I can talk to myself for 26 hours, that was the longest time that I have talked to myself straight, 26 hours dealing with myself, talking to myself, I never imagined I could do that,” she stated.

She also said that there’s no physical preparation, she was not trained to do long w “At some point, your body shuts down. In my case my right leg was shut [down]. I was in a lot of pain but I was committed. I wanted to finish it,” she said.

“So when your body shuts down, the mind takes over so it was mind over matter. And I had to deal with a lot of emotions. I was frustrated, angry, I was questioning myself. But also at some point, I was feeling happy and fulfilled, and content,” she relayed. talks or a marathon. Ellen revealed that she prepared the said walk mentally,” Ellen added.

The KoKoro Program commended the actress for completing the training. Ellen started her 14-day mental health training program because her anti-depressants were not effective. She becomes weaker mentally and emotionally.
