Solar-Powered Bike Pit Stop Launched by San Juan City Hall for Government Employees

San Juan City has launched the solar-powered bike pit stop for government employees and displayed the bicycles outside the city hall.

Over the past few months, a lot of people have been already using bicycles as the new trend of transportation due to the coronavirus pandemic, which severely affects the mode of transportation in the country.

On Wednesday (November 25, 2020), the Facebook page “ABS-CBN News” has shared the photos of solar-powered bike pit stop outside the San Juan City Hall. The photos are now circulating online.

In the photos, it can be seen that the employees of San Juan City Hall are checking the red bicycles displayed outside of the building. The city hall would allow the government officials to borrow bicycles on a weekly basis.

The solar-powered bike pit stop has been launched by the city in partnership with Allianz PNB Life. Those bikes would surely help the government employees with their everyday travel especially to those do not have their own vehicles.
