- officially the Republic of Maldives, it is a small archipelagic country which is in the Arabian Sea in the Indian Ocean
- Nepal | Capital: Kathmandu
- known as the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, it is a landlocked country in the Himalayas and is part of the Indo-Gangetic Plains.
- Pakistan | Capital: Islambad
- the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is the sixth most populous country in the world.
- Sri Lanka| Capital: Colombo
- officially the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, it is an island country which is located in the Indian Ocean southwest of the Bay of Bengal and southeast of the Arabian Sea.
