This is what has been read by many netizens in a viral MAPEH module from DepEd Occidental Mindoro that circulated online. It was heavily criticized by a lot of people as the statement implies body-shaming the actress for setting her as an example of an “obese” person.

Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin initially chose to ignore the issue. However, in a previous report, what made her speak up about the matter is that the Department of Education (DepEd) has neglected the part where “the said teacher is teaching bad conduct and sowing discrimination among the children”.

With the issue still making a buzz online, one netizens told the actress that the teacher might get his license revoked. Accordingly, what he did is unethical which is enough reason for the revocation of his license. To which Angel has reacted to and said that the issue doesn’t need to go that far.

In the comment section of one of the posts of the actress, one public teacher plead for her forgiveness to that certain teacher. She even apologized in behalf of the teacher and to find in her heart to forgive him. In a reply, Angel only put a red heart emoji.
