EMERGENCY HOTLINES – Typhoon Ulysses (Vamco) started pummeling Luzon on November 11 causing severe flooding and here are some emergency hotlines to call for assistance.

Not long after the destructive effects of Super Typhoon Rolly (Goni) in Bicol, they are again facing another wrath from Ulysses which caused severe flooding in various areas. It has then battered areas such as Calabarzon, Central Luzon, and Metro Manila with heavy rain and strong winds.

It has left many people submerged in deep waters and through social media, they ask for help and immediate assistance for aid and rescue. Most people were stranded, some lost their houses, and some flooding reached waist-deep and worst, the water in some areas are now as tall as or over a person’s average height.
