Vilma Santos’ Birthday Wish
VILMA SANTOS – Actress-turned-politician Vilma Santos revealed her birthday wish and it’s something we’ve all been wishing for.
‘Star for all Seasons’ Vilma Santos started as a child actress at the age of 9. She has won several awards during her showbiz career.
In her late 40s, she entered politics. She has proven to her critics that celebrities can also be an effective public servant. Up until now, she continues to shine by reaping more awards and box office success.
Vilma Santos turned 67 years old on November 3. During her interview with writer Allan Diones’ “2WAD (Tonight With Allan Diones” on October 31, she revealed her birthday wish.

Vilma Santos is wishing for the best for the world on her birthday. She wishes to see the world coronavirus free.
“Kung meron man akong hihilingin sa birthday ko o ipagdarasal, ang talagang pinagdarasal ko lang at hihilingin ko sa Panginoong D’yos talaga is, ‘Lord, tama na po. Tama na po itong COVID.”
“Sana unti-unti na itong mawala. Sana ma-lessen na yung namamatay. Ma-lessen na yung nagkakasakit, and at the same time, with all the calamities na dumadating ngayon, sana mabasawan na.
“2020 is really not a good year for all of us. And all over the world, hindi talaga maganda ang 2020. So, talagang prayers lang ang makakatulong sa ’tin para mabawasan ng lahat ang pagsubok na ito. Kasi hindi talaga maganda,” she added.
Vilma Santos also mentioned having a grandchild with her son Luis Manzano who is the boyfriend of actress Jessy Mendiola. The celebrity couple has been together for 4 years now.
The veteran actress said she wants to see her grandchild already. She said, “Siguro kung meron akong hinihiling, apo. Baka very soon.”
