A Japanese grandpa hasn’t spent even a single centavo and just only used vouchers for 36 years.

A Japanese grandpa named Kiriya Hiroshi lived a different life from other citizens for using vouchers for his transactions. The old man hasn’t spent even a single centavo to buy his needs for 36 years.

The 71-year-old man invest in stocks when he was 35-year-old and usually receive special vouchers, discount coupons, or tickets given by the company. He is using vouchers to purchase instead of money.

Currently, Kiriya has a market value of around $2.9 million from 900 companies. He is using numerous vouchers to buy his foods, shoes, clothes, and other items. He is even using it for travels and when eating in restaurants.
