What can Heart Evangelista say about her stepchildren?
HEART EVANGELISTA – Actress and fashion icon Heart Evangelista has this revelation about relationship with children of her husband Chiz Escudero.
GMA-7 actress Heart Evangelista started dating former senator Chiz Escudero way back in 2012 and that is also the time she entered the life of his twins – Chesi and Quino – who at that time were both just 4 years old. The twins is the politician’s children with his ex-wife Christine Elizabeth Flores.
Last September, the actress greeted the twins on their birthday last month. In a post, she expressed message to them indicating, “I may not have given you the gift of life, but it has been such a wonderful experience taking care of you since you were four.”
It took years for her to build a friendship with them. Opening up about her stepchildren, she shared that it was in 2018 when she felt that their relationship got deepened and shifted to another level. That year, she got pregnant of twins as well but unfortunately, they lost both. She suffered from a miscarriage.
She said, “I don’t know why… It’s like, you know how when a dog emits a scent? Maybe I was giving out this scent that they kinda loved me more when I was pregnant.”
And that time, she loved them more as well and for her, it could probably because of her mother instinct. They bonded more and during that time, she became closer to them. Recalling that painful phase of her miscarriage, Chesi accordingly broke into tears upon hearing that they lost the babies.
She wasn’t expecting for Chesi to cry about it and seeing her grieving as well moved her and touched her. Chesi accordingly has that strong personality and to cry over loss of their supposed sister or brother shocked her.
