What will be the comeback movie of Diego Loyzaga?
Actor Diego Loyzaga is set to do his comeback movie with the daughter of action movie star Jeric Raval.
Diego took a break from showbiz for two years. At that time, he also had his social media hiatus. When he started to post again on his social media accounts, his fans expressed that they have been waiting for his return.
This year, the son of Teresa Loyzaga and Cesar Montano finally ended his 2-year hiatus. In line with his showbiz comeback, he is set to do a new movie with the daughter of Jeric Raval, named AJ Raval, based on the article from Bandera.
Diego and AJ are both contract artists of Viva Artists Agency. Their upcoming movie titled Loving Christine will be directed by Direk Yam Laranas who also wrote the script.
The are currently shooting in Rizal and the director hinted that the movie is sultry and thriller. “A story about young love and how both lovers go to extreme lengths in order to protect their relationship and each other, dark love story,” the filmmaker said.
When asked if this will be like the story of Romeo and Juliet, Direk Yam expressed that it’s going to be “Darker!” as he did not reveal further details of the movie. However, he said that it will not be a sort of “crime of passion”.
The director added that during the lockdown, he came up with the script, and a day before they started the shooting for the film, the story has already gone through 10 revisions.
