ILOCOS NORTE REOPENS – Tourists from Luzon are now able to visit Ilocos Norte as long as its within areas under a general community quarantine or modified community quarantine.

However, tourists must first undergo coronavirus quarantine not more than 72 hours prior to their travel period. Furthermore, they are required to coordinate with travel operators which are credited by the Department of Tourism.

Among the details that need to be hashed out are transportation, accommodation, and itinerary. Moreover, tourists need to register on the SafePass website in the event of contact tracing. It also needs to be noted that local authorities of Ilocos Norte only allocates 50 slots for tourists on a daily basis.
