Video of Suspicious Man Asking P200 from Residents In Exchange of Free Housing Units Elicits Comments Online

The video footage of a male stranger asking P200 from the residents and claiming that they could get a free house earns criticisms online.

The Facebook page “Balitang SJDM” has shared the video footage of a man who is offering free housing units to the residents in exchange of P200. The video spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens.

In the video, it can be seen that the man wearing a yellow shirt is asking P200 from a resident named Ricky Icayan. The man said that the P200 is required for the membership to avail the alleged free housing units.


The cash would reportedly go to the bank but can’t reveal the name of the personality behind the free housings. He also refused to reveal the exact location of the housing units and did not give further details.

The suspicious stranger also declined to give his full name and gave only a nickname of “Urbano” claiming that it was his surname.
