Truck Tumbled Over In Ayala Blvd., Manila

MANILA – A portion of Ayala Boulevard heading to Taft Avenue in Manila temporarily closed after a truck tumbled over on Friday morning.

According to a report from ABS-CBN News, the truck, which came from Romuladez Street, tumbled over after turning left heading to Ayala Boulevard.

Initial investigation from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) shows that the truck carrying heavy cargo was running in high speed, causing it to tumble down.

Those who responded to the accident was unable to reach the driver of the truck.

The MMDA is currently extracting the said truck and temporarilty closed the two lanes of the Ayala Boulevard heading to Taft Avenue.

A counterflow lane was opened at the other side of Ayala Boulevard for those who are heading to Taft. Drivers can also access Natividad Lopez Street which also heads to the same Avenue, based on the report.
