JC de Vera Not Include on TV5’s New Gag Show Contrary to Reports

Kapamilya actor JC de Vera is not included on the list of cast of the new gag show on TV5 network, Sunday Kada Kada Sunday.

The taping of the new TV5’s gag show has started their 7-day taping in Boracay. The cast of the show has been taping for the pilot episode of the new gag show that will be aired on TV5 starting next month.

The cast members are some of the artists in Banana Sundae, the defunct Sunday afternoon gag show on ABS-CBN. Meanwhile, JC was not spotted at the Boracay taping of Sunday Every Sunday, based on the report of PEP.

But some of his former Banana Sundae Co-stars Sunshine Garcia, Ritz Azul, Wacky Kiray, and Jayson Gainza were there. The taping also includes Jerome Ponce and Joshua Colet of Los Bastardos.

Special guests are Maxine Medina and Daniel Matsunaga, who are more likely to replace JC as the mainstay of the program. The Brighlight Productions by former Congressman Albee Benitez is the producer of SUP and Sunday Every Sunday and Edgar Mortiz is the creator and director.

You can watch Sunday Kada Kada Sunday on TV5 every Sunday, after SUP (Sunday Ultimate Party), the musical variety show that will be aired on ABS-CBN’s ASAP Natin ‘To and GMA-7’s All-Out Sunday.

The timeslot of Sunday Kada Kada Sunday is no different from the time of Banana Sundae, which was observed after ASAP when Congress did not revoke the ABS-CBN franchise. If there is no change in the schedule, the pilot telecast of the two TV shows is set for October 18.
