Former Pinay actress Bangs Garcia shares what she did to get her body back a couple of months after giving birth to her second baby.

One of the stunning actresses from the show business industry is Bangs Garcia. After marrying Lloyd Birchmore, she left the country and migrated to United Kingdom where her husband lives. After years of being married they were blessed to have two daughters and their second baby is the one she gave birth to 8 weeks ago.
Now, looking at her 2-month postpartum body, netizens were wowed and impressed as she easily got back in to her stunning figure in just a span of two months. She just posted her before-and-after photo on her Instagram account showing her body nine months into her pregnancy and two months after she gave birth.
“Working out on your path to pregnancy & during pregnancy does wonders for you & your future baby!” she said in her post. The 33-year-old star then added how obsessed she was in working out calling herself a “fitness freak” from 2014 to 2016.
It eventually paid off when she finally became a mother. And this is her ultimate secret to her quick transformation – to be physically active before, during, and after pregnancy. Accordingly, being physically active prepares the body to the demands of having the baby inside you to be carried for 9 full months.
She shared in her post, “It’s a great idea to get a fitness routine in place before you get pregnant, so you’ll have time to strengthen your arms, back, hips & legs so you can carry your baby around with ease.”
