The 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is testing the will of nations and people’s resilience. We can’t deny that it really is a painful test because it continues to take away lives in almost all countries.

The health crisis crippled the economy and took away simple things such as meeting our friends and loved ones. But just trust that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Kapamilya actress Jodi Sta. Maria took to her Instagram account on Wednesday to share with her followers some inspiring words on surviving these hard times. In her post, she said we must never lose hope and faith.

“We all have our days when we feel we can’t survive. Sometimes, dreams may shatter, friendships may fall apart. Loved ones may hurt us. Finances may worry us. Sickness may overcome us. We may even lose people dear to us…”

“BUT…JESUS will ALWAYS be there to guide us through the toughest of times. He will ALWAYS be there to heal our wounded spirit. He will ALWAYS be present regardless of how we feel. He will ALWAYS be there to help us pick up the pieces. He will ALWAYS provide for every need. Never lose faith. Hold on to hope. Trust in Him…always,” she wrote.
