John Lloyd Cruz enjoys his daddy duties
A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz is preferring his stay in Cebu rather than in Manila for his son Elias Modesto with former partner Ellen Adarna.
After John Lloyd and Ellen called it quits, they maintained a healthy environment with their son. Apparently, they have a certain setup for spending time with Elias.
Lloydie has been spotted in Cebu, the home province of Ellen, amid the community quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some speculations surfaced that he is already living in the said province in the Visayas.
He even had his charitable endeavor in Cebu amid the health crisis. The actor gave vitamins for children and frontliners in Guadalupe. Photos of him showing his meeting with the local officials also surfaced. Reportedly, he was planning to work with the LGU in a project for the youth.
Based on the article by entertainment columnist Aster Amoyo in Pang-Masa, the actor has decided to stay in Cebu so that it would be easy for him to see his son. It was said that most of the week, Elias is with Ellen Adarna while John Lloyd Cruz spends time with their son at least twice a week.
As Elias is growing up, he is getting used to this kind of situation between his parents, Amoyo said in her article.

To recall, during the Instagram Live of John Lloyd Cruz with former onscreen partner Bea Alonzo, the actor made Elias say hi to everyone. Meanwhile, in one of the recent posts of Ellen Adarna, she showcased her photo taken by her son.
“Today was the first time my son took photos of me Elias Modesto,” the celebrity mom said in her post.
