Sunshine Cruz has this statement about relationships
Actress Sunshine Cruz shared her advice for a legal wife and for the other woman or “kabit” during a recent farewell virtual mediacon for Love Thy Woman.
Sunshine is one of the cast members of the said drama series featuring the KimXi tandem of Kim Chiu and Xian Lim. Fortunately, the teleserye continued to air amid the pandemic, as well as amid the trying times for ABS-CBN.
During the said online event, Sunshine was asked to share her thoughts for legal wife and mistress as she can related to the story of their teleserye. “Bilang marami na rin akong na-experience na ganyan, masarap iyong feeling na marunong ka magpatawad,” the actress shared.
When it comes to the mistress, the ex-wife of Cesar Montano also expressed her thoughts. “For the other woman naman, it’s never to late na magbago. Puwede naman tayo magkaroon ng pangalawang pagkakataon,” Sunshine Cruz said.

She added that anyone has the right to choose what is the more right thing to do in life. For her, it is never too late to change and turn back from the mistake of hurting other people.
“Para naman sa mga asawa, para sa akin, ako kasi I can honestly say, kapag lumapit sa akin yung mga nakasakit sa akin noon, baka yakapin ko pa sila at patatawarin,” she stressed.
Sunshine Cruz also said that if not because of the people who hurt her in the past, here life would not be like what it is now. She also stressed the importance of forgiveness in order to have peace of mind and in the heart.
